| Okay. Okay. I have a little bit of money left -- a million or two. I will buy you a helicopter so you can fly to Wisconsin, West Virginia and Florida. Happy now? |

| Oh, Alice! I just found out that you're in need of help.
One of your posts were deleted? My, how awful. There, there. It should've never happened.
Maybe a nice soak in a hot tub will help. It's a cure for all ailments. We'll get you some ducky slippers. And a thick terry cloth robe just as soon as you return from Shelagh's generous offer of helicopter travel.
Maybe another adventure is what you need when you're feeling better. There's nothing like a good kidnapping to lift the spirits. |

Dick,
I wonder why we went around the bend? You men are so busy spending your billion and living high on the hog--you don't care about us. Carol and Betty didn't get any money and at at least were trying to help me I'm sorry this is late but I have news Alice. You see I was so grateful for the two Billion you gave me I stashed one Billion in a high rate interest bank account. It's been growing quite quickely The account is the Alice mad money fund and it's in your name. It's already worth 1 1/4 Billion and it's all your's Alice please enjoy. | Shelagh,
If you have only a million or two left, hang on to it--You will need it.
I am afraid of helicopters.
Thank you. I am grateful for the idea.
Jo Elle,
Watch those corners
Helen,
I am so glad you are here--I feel better already!
dmondeo,
You are the best--if only all the men were like you, there would be fewer problems.
Dick,
Take notes.

| Great news!
I composed a dry lecture for myself and have recovered.
You lucky folks, I will share it with you.
No one --not even, me reknowned Dr.Malice, is perfect.
Maybe there was something sinister lurking in my deleted post. God Save the Queen, Shelagh! |

| Dear Alice, I am sorry if you are hurt. when Alice In Wonderland felt small, she had a mushroom bite. Then, she put her foot up the chimney. I do not know where she found such a mushroom. I have often wanted to put my foot up a chimney, but those mushrooms must be hard to find. Love, Betty |

| Dear Ann, If you and I could put a foot up a chimney, ahhh... My Poem for Annie I have a rose I named it Ann It smiles On me. Orange it is From the middle Out. My Annie rose Does not Shout. She lays her petals about Just so. Waves her colors So gently, Her beauty Glows. Her Heart Shows. Love, Betty |

| I miss posting for a day and what happens? Everybody is back in recovery and making up campy movies while Alice is talking about a deleted post? Thank you for the rose poem, Betty. It is not silly, like my ditties, it is very beautiful and sweet. I have been living in a fantasy world, reading about Mr. Planemaker and his delightful children. It was hard to put it down to go to work. I am going to finish it tonight and tomorrow, and then I will tell you about it - those of you who haven't read it yet, and will do my best to get Lane's approval, so long as I can do that when I have only good stuff to say. It looks like you guys have been having an interesting day. Ann |

| Ann,
I am merely a griper and a whinger. Whinging is what I do best--in fact I have perfected it.
No one can surpass me ever. |

| That's because we have no idea what "whinging" is.
Maybe if we knew what it was we could surpass it!
Love, Carol |

| Shelagh,
I'll have to ask my Australian friend about that one, but she is still working on planning to watch her pole beans to see if they climb clockwise or counter-clockwise, and since it is winter there right now, we'll have to wait a few months for the verdict.

| Make way folks, we have a most distinguished, highly esteemed, discouraged author coming in.
She is a perfectionist.
Feed her well and give her the biggest softest bed in the house.
She is fixated on E. Don calling her naive and Lane disagreeing with her assessment of the founding fathers.
While you Helen, Marie, Betty and Shelagh attend her, I will go forth and apprehend these oprobious felons. |

| We're preparing the fluffiest feather bed for our dear distinguished, highly esteemed and discouraged friend.
Don't worry Alice, we know what to do, and she will be well taken care of.
We have her filling out her request for dinner now. |
