I love this everytime I come across it. Lady Astor
and Sir Winston Churchill were at a dinner party,
here's how they claim the conversation went..

Lady Astor: " Sir, if you were my husband, I'd
give you poison tea !"

Sir Winston : " If you were my wife, I'd drink it !"

Evidently these two didn't like each other..

The first time I ever heard the name "Astor" was from my grandfather, the rancher. He asked another rancher, "What happened when the lady backed into a buzz saw?"

And the answer was "Astor"

Two years ago old Lady Astor, she was married
to the son of the first Lady Astor died at the age of
102 , she's the one who's son tried to swindle her out
of millions of dollars , he was put on trial...She was
great, she gave away in her lifetime millions of dollars
to New York and every year she paid for a big Christmas party at The Met Museum, I saw her one year when I worked there, great lady...
