How about the ones who lived within their means and ended up bailing out the ones that didn't? I'd rather spend my money than have our government redistribute so others can spend it for me.

We pay for everything-wars we don't want etc.,
I would far prefer to bail someone out of debt than to kill people in a war.

It's not either/or. I don't want to pay for wars OR deadbeats. Unfortunately it's not up to me.

My lastest housecleaner was a no-show today (she should have been here a couple of hours ago). The economy can't be THAT bad.

The housecleaner called me, asking for directions (although she's been here before). I gave them, and she still never showed up. I followed up w/ an email a few hours later. She said her GPS wasn't working, she got lost, and was "having a bad day." She wants to reschedule.

Don't know why, but I'm reminded of an article I read awhile back, "Is Google Making Us Stupid?"
