But Alice, like my daughter Susan pointed out to me, we look so much younger when we take our glasses off first.

A few years ago I had eye surgery and no longer needed glasses. The downside was when I looked in the mirror, I was shocked by the wrinkles.

affraid Just don't shoot the mirror! Breaking it brings 7 years of bad luck!

Besides, Jackie will yell at you for making a mess all over the place ... and may even make YOU clean it up!

Carol

I think wrinkles are worried about to much. The lines on my face are there for many different reasons. I earned each and every one. It is sort of a testimonial to what a person has lived through and survived.

One of the sites I visit often is the Eating Well online magazine. It has good advice for choosing a heathy way of eating, but it stays free by allowing adds.

Yesterday, there was an add flashing at the top of the page that went something like, "I was so ashamed and embarassed because of my wrinkles." I got angry as I read it. My wrinkles and my graying hair are a source of pride for me. I earned every one of them, and I like showing them off.
