Monroe Reformatory WA state- three time rapist with perfect behaviour, while incarcerated, kills female guard then wants a tetanus shot because she bit him in the tussle--he strangled her.

Do you want him loose?

The last victim he poured gasoline over and lit a match. affraid

I don't think anyone is anti jail per se, they just want to the way jails are run reformed.

Me too. I don't want monsters like this roaming frreely in the jails.

My friend wants him killed. I don't --it costs too much. Besides killing is wrong.

I want reform for less incarceration of non-violent criminals and a means for them to pay their own way and make restitution where possible. Leave the prison system for those who are a physical and mental danger to themselves and society.

For the rest: mental care, health care, education and job search, "forced occupations to earn their keep and pay restitution to the harmed", and positive reinforcement endeavors that do rehabilitate in some cases.

No capital punishment. No prisons where the prisoners become executioners and/or train a new generation of criminals in a gang environment.
