| Quitters never win and winners never quit! At least, not if they have a choice. Maybe a BIG cat will come and get the wolf. Somehow we must save Richard!! |

| Sophie might need a little help there. Maybe we could send our cats in to help her out? |

How cute--yes we forgot about the dear, sweet ostrich. He had buried his head in the pudding and was unaware of the snakes. Wilhelm landed hard on his back and was yelling bloody murder. |

| Well, we always knew the Brits were courageous now we have proof positive. This is really most amazing. I can't seem to take this thread down--Maybe I will have to consult Lane or Ann--that's it-- call the experts. Is anyone becoming firghtened yet? |

| I command the hummingbirds to save Richard from the swimming wolf and then return to Cuba!!! (I think they have been wintering in Cuba for a number of years. They know more about that place than I do.) General Carol PS My reply to Alice's question whether anyone is frightened is a repeat of Shelagh's previous post, "Not if we bury our heads in the sand." PSS Poor Betty. I imagine she is horrified what we have been putting the poor animals through, (or they have been putting us through.) |

| I think that the animals are becoming the heroes. Except for the wolf, that is! Have we rescued Richard? Has anyone been able to net Dick and Don? Is Malcolm just sitting back, taking it all in? Who else have we forgotten? Ahad and Merri haven't checked back in lately and I wonder how they are doing on that comet. Hey, it can't end until we have our picnic and clean up the mess!! |

| I think Alice said 'the Brits were courageous'. At least, that's how I read it. The penguin and ostrich was a really cute video, Shelagh. Rather like the tortoise and the hare. |

| Well Marie , Do you have a vet nearby? The ostrich probably has a broken back. After all Wilhelm is not a starving refugee and falling as far and as fast as he did could be catastrophic. |

| Ostrich with a broken back? Fetch the stricher! NO! NO! Fitch the stretcher! Never mind. This will do. |

| Who is watching this thread?????
I hope not publishers, agents, or. . .
If so, we are either doomed or the next best authors in the world.
Okay, maybe not.
Back to commanding the hummers. They seem to have minds of their own. |

| In fact, if Willem fell on the Ostrich, he has probably drowned in the pudding. Do we need another pit and more pudding? Get the ostrich to the vet quick. |

| Oh how wonderous. General Carol became disoriented and attacked this thread. she thought it wa s Cuba,
Dick led the charge on the ground and Tom flew the fghter jet overhead. The causalties were many and heavy. All of the penguins were destroyed as well as the hunming birds.
The hamsters were run over by heavy equipment--the only things that survived were the rattlers in the pudding.
The towels are still immaculate. Everything is ready for the picnic--seems a mass funeral would be more appropriate.
What would I know? |
