a day when the world changed Empty
PostSubject: Re: a day when the world changed   a day when the world changed EmptyWed Oct 02, 2013 2:02 pm

I remember that particular winter which I called as the winter of black snow, the capital city Tallin was starving and got humanitarian aid. After the collapse of the communism, the time was hard to the Russian speaking population as they were sowed to be guilty of the history, and the new government delivered much propaganda against the past governance. There was Linda named ferry which run her line between Helsinki and Tallin them who were lucky enough get the visa for Finland were traveling by ferry to be find something for sale, On one voyage when I was on board that ferry on my way to Helsinki, there was a female, so called of Ingerian people who were able speak finish language, that was very vital gift troping them right into preferential class -I saw the woman sitting in the bar with some finish female and drinking their folly wodka, when the ferry was close Helsinki this women began her noisy call" Is there any Russian onboard"! She repeated and repeated the same cry and I saw how the few Russian passengers bowed their heads. The finish consulat in Tallin was everyday surrounded by visa seekers, and it remained very much of the Ambasy of American in Saigon on the last day of South Vietnam when those refugees were seeking a way out of Saigon
That was the year

The transcript for the story doesn't load, Harry, but I started to read the story "Where a wandering sailor lay down his head" and it suddenly just stopped after the captain first saw the hippy girl in faded dungarees.
