I remember that particular winter which I called as the winter of black snow, the capital city Tallin was starving and got humanitarian aid. She repeated and repeated the same cry and I saw how the few Russian passengers bowed their heads. The finish consulat in Tallin was everyday surrounded by visa seekers, and it remained very much of the Ambasy of American in Saigon on the last day of South Vietnam when those refugees were seeking a way out of Saigon
