I see my current business law and legal environment textbooks that cost $40 new on sale as used copies from time to time for twice and sometimes more than twice the new price. Likewise my intellectual property book. At least those entrepreneurial weasels attempt to capture unsuspecting students who for some reason may not be aware that the new textbooks cost $40 (and the intellectual property book costs $18.95). In the case of this listing, perhaps insanity is a better explanation--or a real problem with those troublesome decimal places.

Probably a decimal mix-up, Victor, but it's hard to tell for certain. Audie Murphy fans are rabid collectors. There would always be several at AM Days books signings who were insistent that I only write the current date, and my signature exactly as it was printed on the book. a couple of them have appeared on ebay - but not for anything near $1,000, much less over 2.

And, at those meetings, there were always booths where memorabilia were being sold. It was a good thing I wasn't collecting; they were all way over my budget.

Have you considered releasing the book again, perhaps as an updated edition or a second edition with some new content? CreateSpace makes it very easy and you keep your rights. I'd like to buy the book new. And Audie Murphy fans would love you for it. And they have Kindles too. Plus you could sell new autographed copies on eBay. Gosh I'd like to hear you give a talk at an independent bookstore and buy an autographed copy!
