| Ever consider copying the ways of a cat? When they get up, the first thing they do is stretch. Their muscles are ready for any action needed. I thought it may be wise to become a copy cat, so I closely observed my cat. She stretched, so I stretched. Next, she leaped up on the balcony railing. Whoa. I didn’t even try that, besides if I made it up I most likely would have fallen down. Humans don’t always land on their feet when they fall. Next thing the cat did was jump down and scratch behind her ear with her back foot. Hmmmm. Another act I couldn’t do or wouldn’t try. Next came the washing. I just decided that being a copy cat had not only its limitations, but some things were rather repulsive and left unsaid.. |

| Actually, yoga has the cat stretch and other poses that model animal behavior. |
