New book: TV Adverts (And how to be a serial complainer)

I am in the process of editing the last of my material for my new book which I hope to launch around October this year.  The title:  TV Adverts (And how to be a serial complainer).  I have spent the last year or so writing to multi-national companies and advertising agencies with the most ridiculous complaints regarding their television adverts.  Company protocol dictates that customers are important and should be treated with respect, and all of their concerns taken on board and dealt with accordingly.  The response from those concerned are hilarious and this project has bagged me a load of vouchers, gifts, and the most sincere apologies.  The secret is to add a degree of sincerity to your letter of complaint as well as making it as funny as possible so the recipient will consider you as being perhaps a little eccentric, but nonetheless..... an important customer.  The end results are hilarious. This has been a whole load of fun.  Watch out for this on Amazon in the near future.
