Will Egypt become the next Middle East disaster ?

                   Egypt is in turmoil , hundreds of thousands demonstrating , they
                   want to get rid of Morisai and the brotherhood, I think it'll turn
                   into a full blown revolution like Syria, the people are desperate
                   no money, no jobs, no gas ! It's horrible, the worst is no tourisim,
                   they loose hundreds of millions of dollars, I've read this country is
                   giving them 1.2 Billion dollars , Why ? The brotherhood is a terrorist
                   group, the people yearn for their freedom, what is your opinion ?

Joe, they already had a revolution and got rid of pro-western Mubarak.  We applauded those revolting and he was replaced by an extremest religious regime.  They got what they thought they wanted.  Now they want to get rid of this regime.  I think it best not to get involved.  People usually get what they deserve.  What we may think is best for them will not happen.  Our interference will be resented and they will do the opposite.  A similar thing is still happening in Syria.  Western interference seems to fuel the flames.  There is no easy solution.  Whenever religion is involved one has only to look at history.  Unfortunately people continue to repeat the mistakes of the past and what we learn from history is that we don't learn from history.

                     I read on CNN that two guys broke into the Cairo Museum and detsroyed
                     two mummies and broke artifacts, are they crazy ? These are national
                     treasures, could never be replace...

Looting seems to be part of revoltl.  Remember what they did it Iraq?  Artifacts looted and/or destroyed.
During war, bombing includes historical sites.  When these events occur, there is little thought given to what is being destroyed and often it is the things that draw tourists.

                   Today the revolution has started in Egypt, they have a petition with
                    20 million signatures to get rid of Morisai , there are millions of
                    people protesting across Egypt.........I just hope we don't and I mean
                    don't get invovled , as they say you get who you vote for....

                   I don't know why Americans don't see through their rose colored
                   glasses that the Middle East is is a lost cause, Iran is licking it's
                   chops with the hope that all of the Middle East becomes an Islamic
                   States.. The Saudis are shaking in their boots because their
                   surrounded by revolution, we have to keep out of these uprisings.
                   The Egyptians are fed up , Morisai won't give in and we all know
                    the brotherhood is a terrorist group, why the hell are we giving
                  Egypt 1.7 billion dollars are we nuts !!! This country doesn't have
                  money to give away now I just read Pres. Obama is giving Africa
                  7 billion dollars, he's nuts....

                          You may see it as negative, I read it as news of the world, human
                    beings will never get along when it comes to religion, to me religion is
                    a downfall of people, it's used to manipulate and put sheer terror into
                    the hearts of people, many of the egyptian people want to live in peace
                    have jobs, money, etc. but there are certain groups who don't want it
                    that way, I believe we should keep ourselves out of the Middle East and
                    not get envolved that's was making us the new enemy....

                      won't give up and six ministers resigned, the people are
                      screaming for revoltuion....

Joe, and to think that these people were elected by the democratic process.  We embrace democracy when the person elected suits us,but when it doesn't we are ready to embrace revolt.  Doesn't make much sense.  Same thing happened in Palestine.  We don't want to recognize a regime that was democratically elected when those elected are not our choice.  So much for democracy.

                        Just got through reading several major articles on Egypt  on CNN,
                  very educational , the people are starving, no money left in the country,
                  running out of fuel, no jobs , I can't blame them, they finally realized
                  what Morasi was trying to pull on them turn Egypt into an Islamic state
                  like Iran and they don't want that, the army wants to call for new elections
                  and make a new parliament. I've read crime there has gotten so bad people
                  are afraid to go out and send their children to school. They've lost hundreds
                  of millions of dollars in tourisim .........Morasi's hours are counted....

I remember traveling in Egypt, feeling safe and in awe of the contrasts between modern and ancient ways of life.

The clock is ticking and Morasi's hours are numbered.  Although he was democratically elected, he changed the constitution that gave him unlimited powers.  That was the first mistake and a huge one.  The constitution is made by a number of people and should not be changed by one person.  Then he employed his family and friends giving them big salaries and positions.  He gave power to the Muslim Brotherhood that instituted change to convert the country to a religious state.  Power once again has proven to corrupt. 
The people put him in power and will take him out.  He will get what he deserves.

Egypt does not have oil and yet the price of oil has gone up.  I think the speculators use a crisis like this to line their pockets.  As soon as the crisis is over they will sell, take their profits and then buy back stock once it has fallen.

                We shall see, at least the Egyptian people saw through his
                little charade.....God Bless The Egyptian people...I think the
                politicians in this country should look to Egypt and ask
                themselves " Can this happen here ?, you bet your ass, so
                they should get their act together before the American people
                get very angry and there's nothing like 300 million  angry people !
