Welcome to the world Empty
PostSubject: Welcome to the world   Welcome to the world EmptySun Jan 01, 2012 10:21 am

This one speaks to my personal feelings right now, and I'm thinking that, like it or not, that forest of original experience is where we are all headed.

Sounds good to me.

Quote :
[Heroes have] moved out of the society that would have protected them, and into the dark forest, into the world of fire, of original experience. Original experience has not been interpreted for you, and so you’ve got to work out your life for yourself. Either you can take it or you can’t. You don’t have to go far off the interpreted path to find yourself in very difficult situations. The courage to face the trials and to bring a whole new body of possibilities into the field of interpreted experience for other people to experience—that is the hero’s deed.

I totally agree, but..a hero or the hero in question should be young to be able live in such enviroment as forest.

True, Harry, but there are many "forests," out there. Right now, I feel like I'm hacking my way through the digital brush of ebook publishing. Laughing

Dear Harry,
Years old cannot describe youth. Some people may have many years behind them, but their spirit is just new born. I know some people like that. They have grown old without ever having a childhood or ever looked out through new eyes of a child upon this world. When they first see through those new eyes, they are as beautiful as children and just as awed by the world.

I hope the snow is not too deep where you are.

Love,
Betty

My forest is a lack of order and organization. I am hacking away at it and making slow progress.

You may remember I am fond of the The Big Valley.I ordered tha entire season which came from China and was unviewable. I had no idea I was dealing with an illegal site.

It became very clear when i saw the Hallmark sign in the corner.

After requesting a refund, I was informed I could return the dvd's for a total refund or take a $40.00 discount. I took the discount, threw the dvd's in the garbage and looked some more.

I found the full series in viewable dvd's from Michigan.

I am labeling them--they were only numbered--and Dave will make me a box to store them in.

Happy New Year, Harry.

Great to hear from you again
