I've come to the conclusion our country is in a disaster
and Congress is playing " CHICKEN !," I say go for it !
Show them who has the kahonas to do this..

Did you read the article ? It states Obama can end this
now with an executive order, the bills would be paid and in
2012 Congress will be fired for screwing with the public...

I must be going senile or something. I read the article carefully yesterday, before I asked the question, and just now, I've read it through twice, and I still don't see the word, "nuclear," anywhere.

It's not a big deal; I was just wondering how the word was being used.
