I get them daily from a particular source that wants to sell me something. I suppose they know that if I could reply they would get a response they don't want to hear. I've started to delete all "no reply" emails.
Unless there is two-way communication, I am not interested in what they are promoting.

How do you handle it?

Abe..

Yesterday I got an e mail from my sister-in-law saying
they we're stuck in London, they were mugged and she needed
money to come back to the USA, I knew it wasn't her because
she's taking care of her father who's ill, so I e mailed her and told
her to have AOL check to see who's using her e mail. With spam
I put it on the highest and I check block and delete, it works..

Cheers..Joe

I delete the email--it takes one second.
If I feel compelled to reply, I do so at a valid email adress.

The email address I shared with you has neve failed to work for me.

Most of those emails get sent to my spam folder. I just empty my spam folder every couple of days.

@joefrank - I have a couple of family members that had their email addresses 'hijacked' like that by spammers. I did like you and gave them the heads up. They had to get new email addresses with a different provider.

Pretty much unless it is family or a company I know I do business with (ie my phone bill, electric bill, etc) I just delete the emails.
