I'm getting some vanity surgery next week. So pray for me, too, that it goes well and that I don't come out ugly or something. Heehee

Wrinkly necks run in our family -- so my mother says. Wish she wouldn't look at me when she says it.

Good luck, LC. Surgery is no fun. David probably wishes his was elective.

Dear David, May your good sense of humor carry you through the surgery and the holidays. I wish you the very least of pain and the best of medication and care. The new year is comming and every day is a new day toward your healing and dancing again.
Love, Betty

YK, Joan Rivers gets a lot of flack, but I think she looks pretty good for her age. Of course her look isn't quite natural, but it probably looks better than what her natural look at that age would be.

Seeing as the hospital I shall be attending does cosmetic surgery I hope they don't mix me up and give me a boob Job. Still that might give me something to occupy myself with while I recover.
Thank you all for your kind wishes.
I will be back here after I come home and let you know how it went.

David,
Take a felt pen and and write on the knee you are having replaced, "Replace this one." On the other one say," Already done.--Leave alone." That should get you through.
Humor is your gift and is much needed now. A company should hire you to build morale.

Yes Alice I just arrived home and have my feet up. My left Knee was operated on key using hole surgery it is amazing what they can do. I have been told that my knee is arthritic and they repaired what they could but like my right knee I do have significant wear and tear in the joint due to the arthritus.
