I've never gotten one. Avoiding flu shots and other such unnecessary meds is, I think, what keeps me healthy.

Alice..

Good thing.. on Tuesday I had a flu shot and a pneumonia
shot, when you have CPOD ( Chronic Pulmonary Disorder ) the Dr.
wants you to have those shots and in the last few years I had
double pneumonia twice !

Got mine also. Just hope that if the flu virus comes around, it is the strain that I have been immunized against. Since I'll be traveling to the US soon, I hope the virus will be considerate to a foreign body.

I got the flu for the first time in my life about ten years ago.
Only time I ever got it.
Wouldn't ever want to repeat that experience.

Got the flu shot every year since then.
Painless. Easy. And beats the misery of having the flu.
