You could email the link to me:

'You can find the blue
"VIDEO TOOLBOX" button beneath your video. Click on the "SHARE" option
to e-mail your video to your friends & family.
You'll also notice that there is a small
button with an envelope on it on top of your video & toward the
right. E-mail the video out easily that way too.'

The problem with that site is, theirs
no way to slow it down , I have one I created
with microsoft, I'll e mail it to you..

Shelagh is right Joe I couldn't it read that quickly.
It is a fine balance between too much text and not enough to put your message across.
