Posting on Forums

Authors often ask how useful is it to network and post on forums. Apart from friendships, forums can lead to publishing contracts and offers to appear in radio and blog interviews. As with everything, the more effort and time you put into something, the greater the rewards.

And my Google Alerts sends me three alerts referencing three locations about my authorship due to the interview. Thanks again Shelagh. I posted the info to my Yahoo groups (2). I'll keep adding it to other social networking sites as I go.

That blog site is quite full of interesting people, not just authors (not to imply that just authors would not be interesting; look at all the interesting people on this forum!)
