If I am, Carol, Jaycie is probably a part of it, as is practicing Gerson's program and letting go more often. Ann

Went to a gathering of girlfriends at my friend Pat's recently. If you have known me a while, or have visited my website, take a look in the lower right hand corner and see if you can tell what she keeps on her coffee table. This is one of the reasons I write. Ann

Dear Ann, We all melt down the same way. Today, I have written more on the message board than I ever intended. I got kind of 'het' up in the idea that a small group of authors such as we could actually help one of us. You are a fine writer and a person with a mind in a million for comprehension of the significance of what most consider small potatoes. It is why we get on so well. I think we write for the same reasons, too. The words well up like tears and flow over onto a page. Sometimes we have to do a little mopping up, but at least the words are on the paper. The trouble is always not to make them a snivel when they were really a heartbroken sob. Let the tears lay where they fell. Love, Betty
