In a dream I see
A ruin of stone and concrete
That might be made beautiful once again
In a dream I see
A fancy Chinese toilet
That connects to California’s water supply
In a dream I see
An electrical plug that does not fit
To the cause of much frustration
In a dream I see
A gift of fireworks
That light themselves in the house
In a dream I see
A cardboard box of water
For an anti-fire gun
In a dream I see
A hand me down parachute
In a casing under a thousand pounds pressure
In a dream I see
The clash of armies of men and beasts
In the year 3927 of the Common Era
In a dream I see
A thermos size shell
That explodes with a bang in the basement
In a dream I see
A group of vintage bombing planes
And a bomb gigantic without a blast
In a dream I see
I can spin beyond the speed of light
And fly outside my form
In a dream I see
A mine full of water
And a three bladed fan submerged
In a dream I see
I can be all things and yet no thing
In a dream

The discriptions in the above poem are actually based on real dreams I've had. Thought it would be fun to write a poem about dreams.

I based the discriptions in the poem on some of the more interesting dreams I've had over the past six and a half years or so. The dreams used for the poem actually represent far less than 1% of the dreams I've had in that time. I could have included more dreams, but it would have made the poem too long.
