This is a project that I want to share with all of you here. This anthology is a collection of insights from more than 50 coaches from North America and beyond. This is not simply a book of "this is what I did, therefore you should be able to do it too"; each chapter contains insight and suggestions for successfully navigating through life's challenges (being coaches, we just can't help ourselves, really). The chapter that I wrote starts on page 63, and is called Letting Go –What a Feeling! This is a true story with insight about getting what you want, when you want it. This fantastic book is filled with short pieces that will enrich your life in the areas of health, money, career, relationships and spirit. Wake Up Women is a part of the Wake Up Live the Life You Love Series, and produces books that speak to the heart from the heart for real people. For more information or to order a copy of Wake Up Women BE Happy, Healthy & Wealthy, please visit my website here.

Sounds great Pam. Who will write a book "Wake Up Men" or do you think we will continue to sleep?

Funny you would mention that Abe! The folks behind this book (Wake Up Live the Life You Love) are predominantly male and have published 20 or so books now. I will have a chapter in one of their mainline ones coming out in January or February next year, called Empower. The male writers of the group include the self help/motivational icons like Wayne Dyer, Anthony Robbins, and Brian Tracy. The interesting thing that I learned in working with the Empowered group is that 80% of this sort of material is written by men, but read by women...so a ladies book was certainly in order. I actually was invited to submit something for Empowered before Wake Up Women, but, with reference to men sleeping, you'll note that the Women's book has been published first. In addition to the Wake Up Women and Empowered, I'll also have a piece published in an anthology by writers from Nova Scotia next year. Not too many dull moments right now at all.

| This happens all the time. A woman accomplishes something significant and the men talk about fixing coffee and sleeping.
Congratulations, Pam.

Thanks for all the everyone, and for making this fun! Your comments do actually reflect the mood of this whole project - serious undertones, but a lightening of the heart. This time of year, we've got the coffee, Irish Breakfast, English Breakfast and even a jug of eggnog on the go, but you guys are responsible for actually pouring it while I am up to my elbows in everything else that's on the go today. btw, I like a splash of milk in my tea. Thanks. Lin I think that expression was let sleeping giants lie, rather than let us sleep dammit. The fellas will need to get off the couch (or 'puter as the case may be), or be left standing in the women's dust.
