If you remember the Art Linkletter TV program with "Kids say the darndest things" you will appreciate this:

 
We were Skyping with our daughter and grand kids on Sunday.  Our grandson will be turning 13 soon and my wife asked him:  “What will change with you when you turn 13?”
He said:  “I will become cold and distant.”
It was so amusing that we didn’t ask what he meant by that, however we surmise that he intends to become aloof.  Perhaps he noticed a change in others when they became teenagers.
