These charges are for the women he paid off. He had told the court in 2004 that he had given her drugs, and had sex with her...I don't see how he can win this time...I think he is a dead duck. Cosby has done many good things for people, but the good never covers the bad. Besides, people today seem to always want to hang somebody for something...Me. I'm one of those who will not pick up, nor throw the first, second, or third stone. we have all done something wrong...maybe not that bad, but wrong is wrong, and who has not done a wrong?

I agree that he will not get off this time.  A slap on the wrists won't do.  There are just too many women who have spoken out.  I can't believe that they are all lying.  I can understand how the women were lured into his room with the hope of a role in his TV show.  Sexual favors is nothing new to hollywood.  Druging the women may be the straw that breaks his back. 

It is so sad to see a family icon fall like this.  Always loved his shows as did many.

We absolutely adored him and his shows.  So sorry and sad about his  downfall.

It's interesting to hear the kindness bestowed on this man.  What he did was heinous and changed the lives of many young women forever - forever.  The fact that it appears his wife closed her eyes - stood by her man - may have been for many reasons so I won't cast stones at her - and she likely suffered emotional abuse herself. But his victims suffered forever.

While I have done things about which I am not proud, drugging another weaker human being to weaken them even more to satisfy my own desires is not among them nor is anything even remotely close.  What he has done is heinous and until men and women recognize we are all human with the right to respect as reflections of the Creator - harm to any of us, especially degrading harm, is harm to the human family.

Almost all religions promote treating others as we wish to be treated.

He never faced consequences for his heinous behavior making it a double indignity.  I don't believe incarceration is appropriate consequences, but loss of comfort income and requirement for community service certainly would be appropriate.

Similarly, the young man who ran with his mom to escape consequences of killing people as a drunk and being free because of his "affluenza" is disgusting.  Again, I don't recommend incarceration but consequences that benefit the distraught families would be appropriate whether financial or community service and restriction of freedom to travel where he wishes.

Wealth covers up so much - and is an insidious injustice in our justice system.  I agree with the poor that they are poorly served by that system and suffer consequences in greater numbers than their wealthy counterparts committing the same crimes.

Cosby will probably spent the remainder of his life behind bars and  that is where he belongs.

Alkice, that's where he belongs, but I doubt he will be there long.  Money buys freedom.

Maybe Cosby and O.J. can be cellmates.

              Bill Clinton should be brought up on charges, he's also a serial sexual
predator just like Cosby but without the drugs, his hit man was Hillary she cleaned
up his scandals for him that's why she thinks he owes her, it's a know fact she paid
women off to keep quiet or threatened them like one woman who fled to Canada 
terrified she would be kept quiet forever....

Joe, I don't agree with you about Bill Clinton.  Some reports indicate that he was set up.  A person in a high position doesn't need to pursue anyone.  They are usually the target for those seeking favors.  If you were ever a manager or held a high position in a company, you will understand what I'm saying.

                  Sorry I have a friend who lived in Little Rock, Ark. her husband was
a FBI agent ( Now deceased last year,) he knew what was going on in the Gov.'s
mansion and Bill Clinton always had his people clean up his whore dogging around
and when it came to real serious matters involving women who were a threat then
he went to the head pit bull " Hillary," this woman has no shame she'll change her
stories day after day, she was asked on MSNBC what was the difference between a
Socialist and a democrat she looked at the interviewer eyes wide open and said If I
were you I'd ask Bernie ! I'm a progressive democrat I wouldn't want to be labeled a
socialist ! This woman is a sociopath , a liar , a manipulator and dangerous !

Unfortunately, you are correct about Former President Clinton, Joe.  He was debarred and fined $800,000 which Hillary paid. He has a history.
My husband would have been fired for far less.
We require too little from our offiicials.
