I just posted a new review for Ghost Orchid at http://www.dkchristi.com.  I thank you all for your kind reviews!  The new reprint is due out October 15, 2015.  This publisher is selling the ebooks for $2.99.  Even the print book is going to be a spot less retail.  Looking forward to that! Others may complain about low prices yielding low royalties - I find lower prices for small press publications yields more sales and more royalties overall.  I don't think any ebook should be over $2.99 unless it's particularly long.

My series books were $.99. I raised the prices to $3.99 a while back. Sales went up. Go figure. This business is rife with anecdotal accounts that contradict one another. There is no one right way for an indie to sell e-books. If there was, everybody would start using it, and it would stop working.

I have tried .99 and 3.99 and 2.99 and 5.99 abd 6.99. No clear winner. I will not pay more than 2.99.
