                   I found a great video program but it keeps saying I have to download
                   Adobe Flash Player, I have downloaded it , I go back to the program
                   and it still says I have to download Adobe Flash Player ? What is wrong ?

You may need to exit your browser and get back in it again. If not try rebooting you computer.

                                 I tried, no luck ! I wonder if the program I have " Microsoft Security,"
                      is blocking it ? I don't know any other way, other wise I can't create any videos
                      for my art or books on " Video Maker Kizoa."

I know many authors who use the wordpress blog as their web site.  I had thought of it myself.

Joe,

Try updating your browser or using a different web browser (IE, Chrome, Frefox, etc.). I don't know what may be preventing Flash Player from loading. Sometimes updates don't "take" until you try updating them several times. You could also try disabling any suspect program that may conflict (like virus scanners) temporarily and then try updating Flash Player again.
