It's the cook's night to cheat Cheatnight

Another cheater dinner:  Rotisserie Chicken,Sliced Veggie Tray (tomatoes, avocado, red onion, and pre-sliced cucumbers) the market's Cafe-on-the-Run Kale Salad with cranberries and almonds, and for the appetizer, sliced apple and cheddar

The veggie tray was one of my mom's favorite sides.  She would serve it either with fried chicken, potatoes and gravy, or with a meatless dinner, adding cooked greens, black-eyed peas, and cornbread.

I am trying to decide if I should feel guilty or not.

                            Today I'm making roast chicken, mash potatoes, stuffing,
                       cranberry sauce and gravy, I don't think their's room for desert !
                       We're suppose to start having snow tomorrow through Sunday !
