I heard lots of it today and have to pass it on.  I got a new exercise bike and rode it religiously.  I was walking and doing everything.
Guess what!  My backside became sore.

I was informed that people over 60 should not sit for more than one hour and during the time they sit, they must sit on special cushions!
The special cushion only costs $80.00. 

Getting old is not cheap.
