They are revisiting her trial, do you think she killed her roommate?

I don't know much about the case ? The one that's making me
sick is the one who stabbed her boyfriend 27 times, shot him in
the head then slit his throat, this doll should be fried , made into
toast ! I'm not a detective but the actions in itself tells you it's
over kill and hatred.......................Cheers..Joe..Very Happy

It doesn't matter what we think, Alice. The courts will decide guilty or not guilty and we have to accept the verdict. I followed the trial and was surprised and disappointed when the acquittals were announced.

TRUE. I am wondering how much her original misstatements, lies, have to do with her present predicament. There seems to be no real hard evidence against her. They have a conviction in the case.

There is some reason they are pursuing her.

When there is a miscarriage of justice, the lawyer representing the victim's family does not give up. So it is with this case. The verdict was guilty; the judge overturned the verdict and acquitted two of the guilty and left the third in prison. The victim's lawyer was disappointed with the judge's decision and fought for a retrial. There is no guarantee that justice will be done, but at least the family will rest easy knowing that they fought for what they thought was right and, whatever the outcome, the retrial will help them to come to terms with their loss.
