Please click on the url below for a quick read of my articles of no more than 600 words and a variety of topics.

Southwest Spotlight

The second edition for January includes a cute article about aging Great Apes - something many of us may not have considered when we watched Planet of the Apes and CareerBuilder ads.

Many of my assignments lately include articles of widespread rather than just local interest. Cleaning for a Reason is one of those. It was news to me that such a service was available; it might benefit someone you know.

I now write about eight articles per month for this publication which certainly takes me away from writing novels - maybe for the best - though I'm not certain. A best seller (that's millions of copies) would certainly help the budget.

DK...

I just came from Southwest Spotlight, very good articles,

keep up the good work, loved the one on Bonita. I have an

idea for a column and I have to approach the local paper. I

used to write a garden column for a PA author who owned a

newspaper in the midwest, lasted for two years, he sold the

paper, new owners wanted someone they knew from the region.

I enjoyed it, the research and photos I had to add to the column.

Cheers.Joe...Very Happy
