How do I get my books on Barnes & Nobel's Book Nook ? Is it the same system as

Kindle ? Which I find very easy...Thanks..

For Nook, you need to use PubIt!

It works pretty much the same as Kindle. You can register at the link above.

Thanks ! I joined, so far uploaded two books, four more

books to go ! I've sold more books as E Books than regular print

books with PA , Oh I sold a 24 X 16 Print of Santa Fe Plaza today.

I read recently that the E Book industry is becoming a billion dollar

Joe if you get a free Ebook converter a lot of your problems will vanish! I use Calibre which you can get here: http://calibre-ebook.com/
This will convert any Ebook file into another or several formats!
It is a great little program that will manage and even debug your Ebooks try it it is free!

Joe, when you sign in to your PubIt site, you should see four tabs at the top of the page. On the far right is the support tab. Scroll down through the FAQ's and you will find a section on adding titles. Click that and scroll down again and you will see the following question. Clicking on the question will show you the answer.

You should find the answers to most of your questions on that page.

From what I read it can take from 17 days to 7 weeks

to get your books on Nook ! I don't know what their

probelms are, SMashwords and Kindle is the same day.

Did you set up your Smashwords books to go through the distribution channels? If so, Shashwords will list your books on Nook, as well as Kobo, Sony, iBooks, etc, and you can avoid using PubIt. They will be listed as being published by Smashwords rather than by you or your press name, though.

So I guess I wasted my time downloading books to Nook,

which I didn't really have to ? I'm going to take all books of

off Nook and deal strictly with Smashwords and kindle.

Be sure you have it listed as a distribution channel if you are going that way. And it will still take it a good while before it show up at B&N. Click on "Channel Manager" - see left column on your Smashwords dashboard for a list of when the distributions are made to each channel. Expect it to take a bit longer than listed.

It just takes a while to get the books out there, whichever way you go.
