Joe,

That sucks!

Premeditation! Sixteen years old! There is NO justification for him NOT being tried as an adult!

For you folks that think we need more gun control, here's an example of where we are not taking advantage of the laws in place = Any crime committed with a gun should demand that the MAXIMUM SENTENCE be MANDATORY!

Don, I agree that the laws should be enforced and that the maximum sentence be mandatory. At the same time, I believe in gun control and that whatever controls they make, they must be aggressively enforced.

was horrible, I feel sorry for the boys family who have to
