| Yes, Shelagh, Bradbury's talk about writing gives us insights that can be of significant value. Even writing crap is a writing experience. What stuck with me was the importance of writing short stories. What DK is doing (journalistic endeavor) will prove to be of value. I also thought about Dick's experience in writing. |

| I like the simple advice that's also profound. Sometimes it's difficult to keep on keeping on, then something positive happens. I particularly liked what he said about negative friends. |

| Hi Abe - it's great to see you too! We are leaving in just under 3 weeks (May 28), and I am headed to Alberta (although it's funny you mention BC - I have a friend there who was asking me to go visit, LOL). I am looking forward to the drive as it is a beautiful one, and a great way to make the transition in my head as well as physically. |
