When originally published by Irwin/Mirror Press and then McGraw Hill in its first edition, the book was adopted by colleges in at least 37 states from California to Massachusetts. It is now available in a revised and expanded edition published in late 2011 and sells for a small fraction of the hard cover first edition in soft cover and eBook versions.
