Announcing my book which is getting some good reviews on Amazon.

I have an Article about my life in Bella Magazine in mid January and was wondering if anyone has any opinions as to whether this sort of publicity will result in any kind of decent sales, bearing in mind it has weekly sales of 250,000 in the UK.This is my first book and would also welcome any ideas on Marketing.
