Thanks LC! The blog post made my year! Sales for the sequel will be slow until Amazon's recommendation algorithm kicks in. Many of the downloaders haven't read the book yet (they download hundreds of free books). If Amazon send a reminder that there's a sequel, it should encourage them to read the first book. I'll let you know if there's a pre-Christmas response.
