ANTHONY CASE " NOT GUILTY !" WHAT IS YOUR OPINION ?

We'll it just came in Anthony case, she's found not guilty of killing her daughter !
Found guilty on giving false information to police. I don't get it, if a child drowns
in a pool you call the paramedics and police, I would love to know what really
happened ? What is your opinion ?

Mine.....She's guilty....

My opinion is that I still don't know why this case got so much publicity. What made it unique from all the other awful similar cases that get hardly a mention?

I say she killed the little girl and the parents help
cover it up , justice wasn't done today, poor little
girl, may she be at peace..

I guess the reasonable doubt got her off,

The prosecution could not even prove how she was killed, let alone who did it.
Too much time passed.

I think she did it. I won't leave any children in her care.

I agree with LC & Ann. Anything sensational gets the publicity. Making a judgement based on media frenzy is not a sound basis to draw conclusions.
I believe that the "reasonable doubt" has saved many from injustice. There will always be some that get away, however giving someone a life or death sentence is a serious matter. Unless there is indisputable evidence of guilt, it is better to stay on the side of "reasonable doubt". Too many innocent people have spent life in prison. With DNA, that is changing. I don't know if DNA played any role in this case, however if there is reasonable doubt, I go with that.

I also wonder about the media hype, and one would think the prosecutor would not have taken it to court in the first place without conclusive evidence!
