Because we want to control the world !
I read one year their was a list of every country,
it would blow your mind ! I say only in extreme
emergencies should we help another country ..

Alice,
you make a good point. We don't hesitate to give aid to the poor in other countries, yet when there are programs designed to help the poor in our own country, people yell "socialism" and brand many as lazy. I believe that charity begins at home.
