We looked forward to the hydro races in Madison, IN. This is our third year here and the most disappointing.

We go to the VIP tent and pay $150.00 each, to sit, have a fan and food. This year the fan was not plugged in and the food was abysmal. Augratin potatoes were raw and cold.

Would you seek a refund or let it go?
Feeling cheated.

I'd let it go, and just not go back a fourth time. But if you really do want to go back a fourth time, perhaps write a letter expressing displeasure at what you found lacking.

My guess is you were not the only person disappointed; it might be doing them a favor to let them know that anyone with your experience would reconsider before shelling out $100.00 again...

Although I am angry with several places at the moment: Kmart pharmacy, DISH Network and my handyman. I feel helpless because I can get no "fix" to the irritation, even with expressions of irritation and letters. I can't even cancel DISH without a major financial penalty no matter how poor the reception and the installation. Neither responded to my letters; both sent form responses. Grrrrr

remember the days when you made a phone call to a service company and got a live person to answer? Where is the service?
I wonder how long it will be before non-electronic response will be considered part of "the old days".

It was far over $100.00--more like $370.00. A total waste and do not worry, we will not do it again.
