| Haha, yeah, I read that earlier. I don't know who is worse, the old couples who felt entitled to their steady 12% returns even though the whole market imploded, or the idiot neighbors. They believed he was a burglar and just "returned" him to the old people? I guess you can see the mentality of the WW2 era here.
Being a financial advisor must be a difficult job, what with managing the often-unrealistic expectations of others. People should research and invest their own money, not depend on others to do it for them. It's not that difficult. ETA -your caption makes these thugs sound benign and "funny." I was surprised at the lenient sentences they got. |

| 3/25/2010 LC... Your right , too many people get greedy, come on , everyone knows not even banks are paying 12 % the least 1% or less. And if people have money they know you put it in CD's, Money Market Accts., Index 500 etc. Stocks you buy low get rid of them when their high. Real Estate buy low prices , get rid of it when it gets higher.... Cheers..Joe |
