If you have recordings of interviews/book chapters in MP3 format, download free software to convert the file to a podcast. It only take s a few minutes to upload a file. I created this podcast:

Interesting, but I'm not sure I get it.   If you have a recording already, why do you need this?

Ah... well THAT is certainly a benefit.   It;s tricky getting onto iTunes and any shortcut is a boon.
