I love Dr. Hook and the Medicine Show! We have several of the CD's and
Queen of the Silver Dollar is one of my favorites, with Sllvia's Mother
next. Love `em all. Almost forgot A little Bit More - beautiful
lyrics...

Good luck finding the sheet music!

Dear Phil,
I could not find that song but I do have "For The Good Times" written by Kris Kristofferson. I will work on that one.

My children remember my favorite songs because I played them on the 78 player all the time in my semi-youth. Funny how things come around. they have recorded all those songs, from old Joan Baez to Jimmy Buffet and have given those cd's to me.

What brought the question on was that my son was floating in his pool and listening to Dr. Hook. It brought to his mind the music I played when he was young and so he called to tell me that Dr. Hook was making his day.

I was looking for a song or songs to revitalize my piano quest. I think that Kris's songs will do fine.

Love,
Betty

I'm so glad you're still playing. Kristofferson is good. I could get my guitar strung and we could do a duet. I would have to practice and grow new fingertip calluses, but it would be worth it. I did have his sheet music, but I gave it to my David several years ago.
