Ah, age…what a sweet thing it is. When I was a boy I used to talk to old people. On fellow said to me, “If I had known I was going to live this long, I’d of taken better care of myself.”
I took that to heart.
My tips for good health:
Drink half a glass of red wine each day.
Smoke a full pack a day.
Chase women.
Own and sail a boat.
Spend most of your time out doors.
Take an interest in everything.
Sleep five hours a night.
Cook great meals.
Keep your bucket list up to date.

When your 20, 75 is old. When your 75...you thank God you don't have to be 20 again.
I made a list in January when I turned 78. I wrote down all the things I know how to do well. Turned out to be longer than I thought it would be. Most folks when they get old don't like it. I guess it all depends on how you see the future. I don't see 78 as being old, or 100, 200...not even 10,000.
This is a great time to be alive. I've been a student of the Bible most all my life. I know most folks don't believe in it, and I can understand their reasons. I used to have the same reasons. The prophesies that can be proven true put those reasons aside.
There are only two types people on this earth, The Wheat, and the Tares. The Wheat are Gods people...even the one's who don't believe in him at this time. The Tares...these are not Gods people. These are the one's who have one goal...to kill the Wheat.
There is just a few prophesies left, and some of those are coming true as i write.
One of these things I believe is a little computer chip. Put in under the skin will replace paper money, and coin. It will also replace driver license, etc. the Bible warns us not to take this...whoever controls it will also have the power to change a persons DNA. They will have the power to turn Wheat into tares. When you Abe, and Alice are 500 years old, I'll give each of you a glass of my home made red wine. I plan of being here then.
