                            On Wed. I bought a fresh trukey from Sprouts Mkt. , it weighs
                           11 lbs, I put it in the freezer, how many days ahead do I put
                           it in the bottom of the refregirator ? Do I put it in the bottom
                           Sunday night ? Monday Night ?  Thanks

When I buy a fresh turkey, I don't freeze it.  The number of pounds impacts how long to thaw.  When I have similar questions I post the question in my url bar and usually a forum comes up with the answer.

The url bar is at the top of the computer page where you type in "publishedauthors.org" to get to this forum.  When I type a question in my pc's url bar, it automatically takes it to the forums with answers.  I do it all the time. 

You can also go to google.com and type the question in the google box bar.  However, my way is quicker for me.

You can also go to bing.com, similar to google.

To thaw turkey in the refrigerator:
Keep the turkey wrapped and place it in a pan; let stand about 24 hours for each 5 pounds of turkey. Let large turkeys stand a maximum of 5 days in the refrigerator. The giblets and neck are customarily packed in the neck and body cavities of frozen turkeys. They may be removed from the cavities near the end of the thawing period to expedite complete thawing of the bird. If desired, the giblets and neck may be refrigerated and reserved for use in Giblet Gravy.
