Zimmerman is in jail--right where he belongs.  Thank heavens he is  not a neighborhood watchman.

So, where are all his defenders this night?  Not a dad gummed word.  I am glad that his wife and children are free of him.

You are priceless. Too bad we were not on his jury, we could have asked a few questions and he might not have gone free so easily or at all.

Here's one of them. I always thought Zimmerman acted in self defense, and I still do. The jury was right to free him. And now, the fact is that he is the easiest man in America to have arrested. All you have to do is call 911, mention the words "Zimmerman" and "gun" in the same sentence, and the police will have him locked up before the echo of the call fades. There are many, many cases of domestic violence taking place every day, where someone is actually hurt, and the media doesn't even mention them. But get the cops pick up George, no matter that nobody was harmed, and the news has a field day. Enough is enough. He was tried, freed, turned loose, and now he needs to be left alone.

Sorry, E Don, but these incidents are real, and that is especially true of the 911 calls from his now ex-wwife and new girlfriends. This is clearly a man who abuses women.

I am reminded of the OJ Simpson case. There were numerous occasions where his wife Nicole called 911 because he was abusive. He was still acquitted of her murder.

Here, the incidents of abuse of women is showing up after the case itself, but the pattern is still clear.

Why is it that some men are still willing, even eager, to excuse such abuse?

Ann, you don't really know a lot about the people who post here do you. Hell, I'm not advocating any kind of abuse, and I'm not excusing it in any way at all, but I have got enough sense, unlike some people, to know that George Zimmerman will always get arrested when someone calls the police and mentions he has a gun.

Apparently the only exercise you get is jumping to conclusions, so why not check the last incident Zimmerman was involved in and post the outcome of that one. Never mind, I'll do it for you. Here you go.

"On September 9, 2013, in Lake Mary, Florida, police responded to a 911 call by Zimmerman's estranged wife, who reported that Zimmerman had threatened her and her father with a gun and had punched her father in the face. Zimmerman was briefly detained and questioned by police. No gun was found at the scene. Police were investigating a broken iPad for video to determine if they would press charges, and if they would be against Zimmerman or his wife. His wife declined to press charges and said that she had not actually seen a gun but had assumed Zimmerman had had a gun from his stance and the way he was putting his hand in his shirt."

No gun found, investigating a broken iPad. So let me explain the point one more time to you, just in case you don't understand what I wrote the first time. When a person, in the first case Zimmerman's wife, and in this case a girl friend, has some kind of argument with Zimmerman, she knows full well that when she calls 911 if she mentions a gun he will get arrested. That's what his wife did, and there's a pretty good chance that's what this woman did also. They are exploiting Zimmerman's reputation, with nothing in mind other than to get him in trouble with the police, and maybe get some publicity for themselves at the same time. Hope that's plain enough for you.

Next time try to think before you make some kind of all inclusionary remark. That one was so far off base I'd say you were on a basketball court. Maybe I should explain that to you as well.

Here's the report on what happened this time.

"In this latest scuffle, both Zimmerman and his girlfriend called 911 and provided dueling descriptions to dispatchers about the argument at the home she rented where Zimmerman was also staying.

Scheibe accused him in the emergency call of pointing a gun at her, smashing a coffee table and then pushing her outside. Zimmerman also called dispatchers, denied pointing a gun at her and blamed her for the broken table.

The girlfriend told deputies the ordeal started with a verbal argument and that she asked Zimmerman to leave the house. Her account in the arrest report says he began packing his belongings, including a shotgun and an assault rifle. She says she began putting his things in the living room and outside the house, and he became upset.

At that point, the report said, he took the shotgun out of its case.

Zimmerman told his girlfriend to leave and smashed a pair of her sunglasses as she walked toward the front door, the report said. Scheibe told deputies he pushed her out of the house when she got close to the door.

"You point your gun at my fricking face," Scheibe is heard telling Zimmerman on a 911 call. "Get out of my house. Do not push me out of my house. Please get out of my house."
Seconds later, she told the dispatcher, "You kidding me? He pushed me out of my house and locked me out. ... He knows how to do this. He knows how to play this game."

Moments later, Zimmerman called 911 from inside the house to tell his side of the story.

"I have a girlfriend who, for lack of a better word, has gone crazy on me," Zimmerman said.
Zimmerman then said he never pulled a gun on his girlfriend and that it was she who smashed a table. He also told the dispatcher that Scheibe was pregnant with their child and that she had decided she would raise the child on her own. When Zimmerman started to leave, "she got mad," he said. Seminole County Chief Deputy Dennis Lemma said at a news conference that Scheibe was not pregnant. He also said Zimmerman was compliant and unarmed when deputies came to the house."

Those that choose to believe the young woman will believe her, in spite of what the police found when they got to the house. Please note that at no time was she struck, injured, knocked down, shot at, or anything else. But you can bet that she knew that saying Zimmerman and gun in the same sentence will get her the response she was looking for. And it did. Or, perhaps you don't think a woman is capable of doing such a thing.

George Zimmerman posts $9,000 bail in domestic violence case

I see you discovered that the earlier situation you posted was not the last.

Why would Zimmerman call 911 when the police were just outside and he could just as easily have reported it to them?

This is at least the third time since the trial that either his wife or girlfriend have called 911 to report his abuse.

Are all of them just lying? Why would it be so important for them to get him in trouble when he did nothing wrong?

So, who is lying?

I believe Zimmerman was ane is a person who lacks self control.  Where there is smoke, there is likely a fire.  He exudes smoke.

Maybe you, E.Don, should become his next defense lawyer, because he is down to public defenders now.  LOL!

All I know is that once again everyone jumped to the conclusion that he is guilty, and they did that not because of the facts, but because of the Trayvon Martin case.

We simply don't know if these allegations are true or not, but unless I'm reading something wrong, neither of these two women have been physically harmed. I can't find anything that says he struck them, or bounced them off a wall or anything else. If you've seen something that says differently, please post it. The girlfriend said he "pushed" her out the door, but that isn't physical abuse.

BTW, if you understand anything at all, please understand that when there is an armed suspect in a home, the police break down the door, or smash in the windows, or use tear gas. They do not, ever, just unlock the door with a key and walk in. That would be crazy. This is another indication that there was more going on there than we know about. That's easy enough to reason out. Isn't it?

Some men seem to have the same kind of problem with all the women in their life. This is due to the fact they keep getting attracted to the same type. One could make this argument, and conclude, the three women in Georges life, are the same type…low class trouble makers. There are as many women who do wrong, as there are men. It seem many women stand behind this, “Oh, I’m just a helpless female, and the big bag man hurt me.” And yes, women do lie. What Roman was it who said, “I write the vows of women on water.” Is there a women, or man on this forum who has not been deceitful?

What became of, “Let he (or she) who is without sin cast the first stone.”

Don is correct. He is following what the courts, and police have said. And that is what good people do.
