A unique blog - I had one of those panic attacks on a highway under construction in the mountains. I was closed in by cars on all sides and no exits. Finally I had a chance to get to the shoulder and slumped over the wheel. It was twilight. A kind lady in a truck pulled up beside me to make sure I was alright. The feeling was really awful. I finally started driving as traffic thinned and made it out of the mountains.

Yeah, that's pretty scary. It took me about two days to get over my panic attack. I just decided to go out driving one day, and I was fine. But I really hope that doesn't happen again. I've always suffered from claustrophobia, but never this bad and never in a car before. It was weird.
