Yet another thing came to me this morning!

The Bellington Triumph

The Bellingtons are a family of nerd’s
maligned and treated like animal turd's.
Their knowledge of science and dictionary words
befits a family that’s labeled as nerd’s.

It’s not what they know that put them to shame
their grasp of physics is not to blame.
It’s just that they don’t know how to relate
to those of a less educational state.

Equations, math's, computers in hand
helped them acquire their own plot of land.
They purchased the house, the car and a dog
from inventing a cyborg mouse and a frog.

But when they found out that us lesser folk
included a President also The Pope,
they concocted a plan to bring themselves fame
thus putting an end to their nerdy shame.

They built a machine that links to the brain
rendering everyone's intellect the same.
they strapped themselves into their seats one by one,
a mother, a daughter, a father, a son.

The cyborg mouse with a grin and a twitch
using his tail he flicked on the switch.
The power was vast, lights dimmed from the drain
as all of that energy passed through their brains.

The machine did its work it altered their brains
and had an effect like domino chains.
It altered not just their minds but their bodies as well
turning them all into Neanderthal.

The Bellingtons now are no longer nerd’s
no longer treated like animal turd’s.
Folk want to see them there’s a mile long que
outside the gates of the West Burton Zoo.
