Hallo everyone there, not seen nor hear long time.
Speaking about the unemployment, it'seems be very common phenomenon all over the Europe, and more or less -in east Europe too.
I am at age at 65 and retired, still they ask me come to do job or two, and - I must say this; - many younger have been sitting and loitering too long time in school rooms, and in the so called universities - been almost half of their life out of real work, too many of them have lost their ability to suit into working life - And
secondly; the whole system of high-school education has lost the main idea, the high- school need - if the high school is common as it is in our time as nail factories there may not be much educations to be aply nowhere, to be not repairing the students just anywhere with no skill of real work in hands - I have seen too many that sort of people.
I did last summer a short spell as skipper, been haired as a stand by man, for the company owning several vessels and running as charter boat business with them, but there are constant problem with the skipper and other crew, when thy have been drinking they not come or they cannot wake in night time from their punks - so I was called down to be replace those up pissed ,I think many of young are unaccustomed in the working order.

I find this to be true. Matter of fact several years ago I
went for a job interview and after wards the person told
me " Your Over Qualified," which means I was too old ! And
this was for a managers job retail ! They say theirs laws
against age discrimination, Ha ! These companies get away
with murder....

many of us have been there too.
Descrimination exits. They call it "overqualified" or simply "we found someone more suitable for the position" Suitable to their budget. They can hire someone younger that costs them less. Having less brain-power (less experience) doesn't enter their pea brains. Efficiency and competence costs less in the long run.
