In 1912, Theodore Rossevelt tried to introduce national health care and it was voted down. Others have tried and failed. It has taken nearly 100 years to finally get a program passed. It is not the best program, but it is a start. Once the program is accepted as a reality, improvements can be made.

My experience suggests that once programs like that start, improving is the LAST thing they do.

And this one is some of the most flawed leglislation of all time.
