| I read the book, gave it away along with the others I bought for Christmas presents for people a couple of years ago. They all loved Dick's book.

I don't care about one dollar. Amazon will get it to me faster. $18.94 as opposed to $19.95.

They ought to reduce Dick's book and waive the shipping fees.

| All of us have a similar problem with out print-on-demand company books. They sell for more than the hardbacks on Amazon. Dan Brown's hardback is cheaper than my paperback, same for Dick's book. Hard to compete.
