The writer of that did warn, the chip could be made to control parts of how a person thinks. Many Christians if they are alive when this happens will not take the chip.

I think it is a good idea for those who need to be watched...(those who have done sex crimes etc.)

Shelagh, I haven't heard any such thing where I'm living either.  Amazing what some people won't do for attention or sensation.  One must question everything one hears or reads and then check the source.  With the election season propaganda in many forms are spread.  I get emails spreading much political crap that asks me to forward it.  I now send a reply saying that I don't want to receive any further political crap and "NO I won't forward this SHIT!"
